Patient Communications Specialist - High-Volume Call Center
Borinquen Health Care Center, Inc
Borinquen Medical Centers in Miami, FL, is seeking a full-time Communication Center Operator to join our patient services team. You will answer inbound and outbound calls, transfer to the correct department, and assist callers while collecting registration data. The role requires strong phone etiquette, excellent listening and communication skills, and basic computer proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
