This position is located in Linthicum, Maryland.The Principal Supply Chain Planning Analyst responsibilities will encompass:Management of on time req release, PO placements, and PO delivery dates to maintain program scheduleManagement of material budgets for contract requirements. Supporting baseline/EVMS requirementsAccurate reporting and forecasting of material cost/performance of assigned program(s)Execution of duties as CAM to support program PLATO/CEAC/EAC activitiesIdentification and management of program risks and opportunities as they pertain to material requirementsAnalysis of material lead times and identification critical path procurementsMonitoring and addressing supplier capacity and/or production issuesSupporting program proposal activities (BOE’s creation, CBOM review)Supporting the development of supply chain strategies – including supplier development and supplier risk management, which may include development of secondary sourcesCoordination of program activities between various supply chain management functions including buyers, planners, subcontract administrators, scheduling, customers and suppliers.#MPRBasic Qualifications Principal Supply Chain Planning AnalystBachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of supply chain and/or business management experience or master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of supply chain and/or business management experience.Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearanceUS CitizenshipPreferred Qualifications: Shop order launch experienceDevelopment/IRAD/CRAD program execution experienceSoftware procurement experienceExperience with ZRPIs, BOEs, and QUEST runsNon-MRP procurement experienceActive Secret Security ClearanceExperience with proposalsMaterial CAM experiencePrimary Level Salary Range: $89,900.00 - $134,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
