Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, leads, and sales. Manage and improve organic search rankings (SEO) through content strategy, keyword research, and technical optimization. Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Plan and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis. Create and manage engaging content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos. Analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics platforms. Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization to senior management. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing online marketing campaigns. Strong expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads certified preferred), social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics tools. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and CRM systems. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing a small team is a plus.
