Healthcare Marketing Representative (Marietta)
Job Summary:
Angel Companions, a leading provider of private duty non-medical in-home senior care in the Greater Atlanta community, is seeking a compassionate and driven Healthcare Marketing Representative (Marietta) to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in promoting our services and building relationships with our clients, caregivers, and referral sources. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to reach new clients and grow our referral base
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, caregivers, and referral sources to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients, caregivers, and referral sources, addressing their needs and concerns in a prompt and professional manner
Collaborate with our care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimal performance
Participate in company-wide initiatives to promote our mission and values, and to improve overall business operations
