About Us

Ridgewood Personal Care Home Inc. is a growing Georgia provider of Medicaid Waiver, VA, and private pay home and community-based services. We help older adults, children, and individuals with disabilities live safely and independently at home and in their communities. As we expand across Georgia, we're looking for motivated Marketing Representatives who believe in our mission and can help more families find the care they need.

• CCSP – Community Care Services Program for older adults and people with disabilities

• SOURCE – Service Options Using Resources in a Community Environment

• ICWP – Independent Care Waiver Program for adults with physical disabilities or traumatic brain injury

• NOW/COMP – Waivers for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

• CLS – Community Living Support

• CRA – Community Residential Alternative

• GAPP – Georgia Pediatric Program for medically fragile children

• Structured Family Caregiving

• Skilled Nursing Services

• TRICARE and VA Programs

• Private Pay Services

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physician offices, case managers, social workers, and community organizations

• Educate families, caregivers, and partners about Ridgewood's programs and eligibility

• Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and community events

• Track referrals, contacts, and activity in a timely and organized manner

• Work with our intake team to support a smooth onboarding experience for new clients

• Represent Ridgewood with professionalism, integrity, and compassion

What We're Looking For

• Experience in healthcare, home care, or community-based program marketing (Georgia Medicaid waiver experience is a strong plus)

• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

• Ability to pass a background check
