Project Coordinator

Keeley Construction is looking to hire a Project Coordinator for our Paving Group in St. Louis, MO. Primary Responsibilities Preconstruction & Project Setup Set up new projects in CMiC, ensuring accuracy in cost codes, budgets, and project structure. Assist Account Managers with creation, review, and entry of initial project budgets. Assist with creating and sending out subcontracts. Support contract and subcontract documentation, including compliance tracking and insurance requirements. Project Financials & Forecasting Maintain and update project budgets and forecasts within CMiC in collaboration with Account Managers. Track committed costs, change orders, and billings to ensure accurate financial reporting. Monitor project cost performance and flag variances or discrepancies for review. Generate and distribute monthly forecast and cost tracking reports for leadership review. Project Administration & Documentation Maintain project files and ensure documentation compliance per company standards. Support project closeout process by compiling completion reports, photo documentation, signoffs, and final documentation. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all project data is complete and accurate prior to closeout. Assist with process improvement initiatives related to project coordination and CMiC workflows. Serve as a liaison between account managers, operations, accounting, and project controls teams. Support Account Mangers Managers and Directors in ensuring alignment with company procedures and financial accuracy. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience, plus one year of work experience required in accounting/administrative support in the construction industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience with Salesforce and ERP systems. Communicate effectively both orally and through writing and work cooperatively in a fast paced, diverse team environment.
