Your placement will serve students in K–5 and 3–5 grade ranges, working approximately 35 hours per week from August 12, 2026, through June 4, 2027. The environment fosters collaboration, innovation, and supports teachers in creating inclusive, engaging classrooms. All interviews will be conducted virtually, allowing for a convenient process from the comfort of your home.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid West Virginia Teaching License
• Autism (AU) endorsement required
• Experience with elementary-aged students preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Commitment to inclusive education for children with diverse learning needs
• Ability to manage IEPs and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with autism
• Deliver engaging instruction tailored to diverse learning needs within K–5 settings
• Collaborate with general educators, support staff, and families to ensure holistic student support
• Track student progress, document outcomes, and adjust teaching strategies as needed
