• Ability to create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction tailored to students’ IEP goals and personal learning styles
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies to foster academic and social-emotional growth
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and therapists
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
