Client Consultant/ Billing Specialist

Job Title: Client Consultant and Billing Specialist Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist and Billing Specialist to join our team. This dual role involves managing front desk operations while also handling billing and invoicing tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for the office. Prepare and process billing statements and invoices accurately. Handle payment processing and follow up on outstanding accounts. Maintain organized records of billing and client information. Provide administrative support to other team members as needed. Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming. Skills And Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or billing is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Familiarity with billing software and basic accounting principles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Requirements Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. Proficient in computers and relevant software applications and practice management technology. Possession of strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment. Ability to collaborate across departments and build effective relationships with internal and external customers to achieve goals. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Exhibit high level of quality through attention to detail and monitoring of work. Possession of strong organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as exceptional interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, as well as to accept direction on given assignments. Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment.
