Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW-C, LCPC)

LifeStance Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW-C, LCPC) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team delivering high-quality outpatient behavioral health care through a blend of in-person and telehealth services. In this role, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy to a diverse caseload of children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, mood disorders, trauma‑related disorders, and adjustment issues. Using evidence‑based modalities such as CBT, DBT, solution‑focused, and trauma‑informed approaches, you will complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and regularly monitor and document patient progress toward measurable, patient‑centered goals. As part of a collaborative, patient‑focused culture, you will work closely with psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and other clinicians to coordinate integrated care that emphasizes empowerment, quality, and ethical practice. You will maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in an electronic health record, adhere to all regulatory, legal, and professional standards, and provide crisis intervention and safety planning when clinically indicated.
