We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish-speaking Medical Assistant/Front Desk staff to join our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all front office administrative duties promptly
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Insurance verification and Referral/Prior Authorization experience is a must.
- Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
- Escort patients to exam rooms
- Work hours, Monday - Friday, minimum 30 hours per week.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in front desk management
- EMR experience is necessary
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
