You will have a high degree of autonomy in managing your workflow and will play a critical role in supporting our internal infrastructure.This position offers a unique balance of hands-on accounting responsibilities and general business operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workday and wants to be a key contributor within a streamlined, professional team.Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Accounting: Own Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and vendor management.Payroll & Benefits: Execute semi-monthly payroll and assist with employee benefits administration.Monthly Close: Lead the month-end close process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.Quarterly Financial Packages: Help prepare quarterly reporting packages.Compliance: Manage expense report auditing and ensure all financial records are organized and audit-ready.Operations Support: Support day-to-day business operations, administrative coordination, and general office management as needed.
