- Experience in MedSurg/PCU and flexibility to work in various departments

Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and address patient education needs using appropriate modalities.
- Implement patient safety measures and follow restraint policies as required.
- Demonstrate knowledge of safe operation and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Adhere to infection control and isolation procedures, maintaining complete and accurate documentation of patient status and nursing interventions.
- Communicate effectively with other departments and report critical lab values in a timely manner.
- Maintain and restock emergency carts and general supplies as needed.
