We are currently accepting applications for Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors to join our nursing leadership team at Englewood Health Care Center.

Available Shifts

Day Shift – Monday through Friday
Evening Shift – 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Weekend Supervisor – Saturday & Sunday Only

We are looking for dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented RNs who are comfortable leading and supporting nursing staff while helping ensure our residents receive safe, high-quality care.

This is a great opportunity for nurses looking for a leadership role with a consistent schedule and the ability to choose the shift that best fits their needs.

Qualifications

Current Alabama RN License or Temporary RN License
Supervisory experience preferred
Long-term care experience preferred
Must pass background check and drug screen

Essential Job Functions

Responsibilities include:

Supervising and supporting CNAs and nursing staff
Overseeing day-to-day nursing services
Helping implement and maintain quality assurance standards
Medication administration as needed
Electronic documentation and resident assessments
Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition
Communicating with physicians and responsible parties as necessary
Ordering medications from the pharmacy
Wound care and treatments
Collecting and processing laboratory specimens
Managing and supporting the resident care plan process
Promoting safe, compassionate, resident-centered care
