- Prep and label pallets for Amazon FBA shipments and other channels
- Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
- Assist with occasional local deliveries or product transfers
- Communicate with the team on order issues or inventory shortages
- Support special projects (e.g., new product launches, events, etc.)
What We're Looking For
- Attention to detail and pride in doing things right the first time
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Comfortable lifting 30-50 lbs and being on your feet
- Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude
- Warehouse, shipping, or Amazon prep experience is a plus—but not required
What You'll Get
- $18/hour
- Access to 401K plan with employer match after 90 days of employment
- Opportunities for growth—we're expanding fast
- Flexible schedule and laid-back, positive work environment
- Employee discounts and access to our latest brews
- Chance to be part of a purpose-driven company shaking up the beer world
