Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour (based on education & experience)

Schedule Options:

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)

Tiny Town Childcare & Learning Center is looking for a fun, energetic, and loving Lead Toddler Teacher to create magical days for our curious little learners. We believe childhood should be filled with laughter, exploration, messy art projects, dance parties, big hugs, and lots of encouragement—and we're looking for someone who feels the same.

Every day is an opportunity to help toddlers discover new skills, build confidence, and feel safe, loved, and celebrated.

What You'll Be Doing

✨ Helping toddlers reach exciting milestones—including potty training with patience, encouragement, and plenty of high-fives!

✨ Teaching important life skills like sharing, taking turns, expressing emotions, building friendships, and using kind words.

✨ Planning fun, hands-on activities that encourage learning through play, exploration, music, art, movement, sensory experiences, and outdoor adventures.

✨ Creating a warm, welcoming classroom where every child feels seen, valued, and excited to learn.

✨ Celebrating every little victor from putting on their own shoes to using their words instead of their tears.

✨ Building meaningful relationships with families through daily communication and teamwork.

✨ Keeping your classroom clean, organized, safe, and compliant with Ohio licensing standards.

Has a naturally bubbly, upbeat personality.

Loves to laugh, play, sing, dance, and be silly.

Is patient, nurturing, and genuinely enjoys spending the day with toddlers.

Understands that every child learns at their own pace.

Can confidently guide potty training and encourage independence.

Believes social-emotional learning is just as important as ABCs and 123s.

Is dependable, positive, and enjoys being part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare setting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively play, sit on the floor, bend, and move throughout the day.
