What You’ll Do Provide Medication Support – Safely administer medications according to physician orders and resident care plans. Maintain Accurate Records – Document medication administration and keep resident records up to date. Monitor Resident Well-Being – Observe for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and promptly report them to nursing staff. Assist with Daily Care – Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence. Build Meaningful Connections – Develop positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members. Support Your Team – Help create a caring, positive environment where residents and team members feel valued. What We’re Looking For Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification . Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in working with seniors. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
