Urology Opportunity in New Orleans, LA

This opportunity is based within a large New Orleans-area, non-profit, hospital system. If you're looking to practice in a nationally known destination city, this may be worth a closer look. Providers will be walking into a turn-key, fully built practice with the ability to hit significant RVU production bonuses in year 1.

Practice Overview

• Urology position in New Orleans, LA
• Opportunity within a large, non-profit hospital system in the New Orleans metro area
• Hospital-based setting in a major metro community
• Clinic and OR all under the same roof!
• Robot available with dedicated OR space and block time for Urology specifically

Schedule

• Schedule specifics not provided-ask about clinic days, hours, and inpatient vs. outpatient expectations
• Call schedule is 1:4 with the goal of moving to 1:5 by adding additional providers
• True consult service with NO trauma call!
  • Call is light in intensity and taken from home. Physicians are only called in on rare cases of emergencies

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary + RVU production model - total compensation in the $700k - 800k range
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance provided
• Full suite of benefits including PTO, CME, retirement, and reimbursement for licensure, DEA, and all associations
• PSLF qualifying system

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified / Eligible in Urology
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• Tenured physicians on staff for mentorship to new graduates
• Eligibility to obtain full, unrestricted LA License
