Field Service IT/Printer TechnicianRiverside Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Field Service IT/Printer Technician. If you like working in a fast-paced environment and have great customer service skills, we welcome your application!Job Summary:As a Field Service/Printer Technician, you will be providing onsite support to our customer. In this role, you'll provide technical assistance and support for issues related to printer systems and hardware. Plus, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships to ensure their highest satisfaction.What You'll Be Doing:Repairing printer equipment at customer sites within our Service Level AgreementCommunicating accurately, concisely, and professionally with the customer about any service updates and related itemsProviding technical assistance and support to customers for incoming issues related to printer systems and hardwareResponding to inquiries from customers seeking assistance and walking customer through problem-solving processInstalling, modifying, and repairing computer hardware at customer sitesRunning diagnostic programs to identify problems with computer systemsDeveloping a working knowledge of all operating standards, practices, and proceduresPerforming quality checks on all documents scanned and prepped records to ensure accuracy and correcting any quality issues as neededPreparing product for delivery and ensuring all project documentation is completeComplying with daily maintenance and safety checks of all equipmentDetecting image errors and determining/documenting the cause of the errors detected during QCManaging customer relationships to ensure highest satisfactionInstalling new equipment at customer sites as requiredInstalling upgrades, firmware, and consumablesPerforming other related duties as assignedRequirements:What You'll Need:A+ certification is preferredAbility to travel as requiredSense of urgency, organizational skills, professional presence, and teamwork skillsExcellent customer service skillsStrong verbal communication and problem-solving skillsRegular, reliable attendanceMust have ability to lift/move equipment weighing 50 or more pounds as well as stand, climb, bend, kneel, stoop, and reach freelyMust be able to pass drug screening and background checkMust have exceptional driving record and have a valid driver's licenseWhat You Can Look Forward to:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including 401(k) with match, medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, and a generous PTO plan.PASSION: A passionate work environment – we are passionate about finding unique, creative solutions to our customers' challenges.CREATIVITY: A creative environment with creative people – we enjoy finding creative solutions to different challenges.TEAMWORK: A team-centric environment – we thrive on working with others to reach a common goal.
