Join Orange EVMake a difference for the world as part of a company leading the electric vehicle revolution.Position SummaryThe IT Systems and Network Administrator owns day-to-day administration of Orange EV's primarily Microsoft-based IT environment, including Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, virtualization, and network infrastructure. This includes managing IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of projects along with setting and tracking project milestones and hitting deadlines through communication of expectations.Position ResponsibilitiesSystems & Network AdministrationInstall, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, physical and virtual (Hyper-V), including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS/DHCP.Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including Exchange Online administration and tenant configuration.Oversee LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, wireless, and VPN; working knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing protocols.Support maintenance of the Information Security Policy, acceptable-use policy, and related governance documents in partnership with the Director of IT.Endpoint, Identity & Access ManagementAdminister user accounts, groups, and access permissions in Active Directory/Entra ID; enforce least-privilege access and onboarding/offboarding controls, including multi-factor authentication.Manage endpoint protection and patch/firmware compliance across the user and server fleet.Lead the planned rollout of mobile device management (Microsoft Intune) and own endpoint configuration/compliance policies.Support the security-awareness program (phishing simulations, training completion tracking).Automation & MonitoringWrite and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate account provisioning, reporting, and other repetitive administrative tasks.Configure performance monitoring and alerting across servers and network equipment to proactively catch system anomalies.Backup, Recovery & Incident ResponseRun routine data backups, verify restore integrity, and support disaster-recovery testing and tabletop exercises.Serve as internal first responder for security incidents, escalating to and coordinating per the Incident Response Plan.Document incidents and remediation steps; support root-cause analysis using the approved RCA template.Documentation, Compliance & Vendors ManagementMaintain accurate network diagrams, system documentation, and asset/hardware-lifecycle inventory.Support audit responses and customer security questionnaires with current documentation.Create and document IT Standard Operating Procedures.Support the Director of IT in managing MSPs, hardware manufacturers, and software vendors.Position QualificationsBachelors' degree preferably in computer or information science-related field3–5+ years in systems/network administration in a primarily Microsoft environment, with meaningful exposure to security operations, monitoring, or incident response (or an equivalent combination).Deep working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, and Exchange/Microsoft 365 administration.Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols; experience configuring enterprise-grade firewalls and switches.Proficiency with PowerShell for Active Directory management and task automation.Experience with mobile device management (MDM) tools, ideally Microsoft.Strong virtualization background (Hyper-V; experience a plus).Ideal Candidates Will Also HaveExperience in a manufacturing or industrial-operations environment.Prior experience coordinating with a managed security services provider (MSSP) or MDR vendor.Familiarity with vulnerability management or security-awareness platforms.Physical RequirementsWork arrangement: 100% on-site, 5 days/week.Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.Work in a stationary position up to 75% of the time.Orange EV is an Equal Opportunity Employer and seeks diversity in candidates for employment.EEO Employer W/M/Vet/Disabled/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity
