Key Responsibilities: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role. Develop a deep understanding of system components to quickly diagnose and resolve complex software issues. Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance. Analyze recurring problems to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions. Contribute to the documentation of processes and best practices to elevate team knowledge and efficiency. *This role requires working onsite with the client 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX, Jersey City, NJ or NYC* Basic Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of work experience with advanced proficiency in Python Programming Language Associate's Degree Preferred Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in UiPath Test Suite is recommended Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, Engineering Support, Python Automation, and UiPath Robotic Process Automation RPA is suggested Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
