Lumelight is seeking a Senior ERISA & Benefits Compliance Consultant to join our remote team. You’ll lead regulatory filings, interpret ERISA, COBRA, ACA requirements, and partner with brokers, TPAs, and employers across the country to ensure compliant benefit programs. The role requires 10+ years in employee benefits compliance, JD preferred, and strong communication skills. You’ll develop trainings, webinars, and articles, while mentoring colleagues and shaping our product guidance. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lumelight
