Remote is currently not available.The Opportunity:The Senior Benefits Consultant, Benefits Operations serves as the operational lead for the administration and delivery of the company's health, welfare, leave of absence, retirement, and internationalbenefitsprograms.Thisroleisresponsibleforensuringtheefficientexecutionofbenefitsoperations,managingvendorandcarrierrelationships,overseeingbenefitstechnologyplatforms,andleadingkeybenefitsinitiatives.The position acts as the primary owner of benefits administration processes, vendor performance, Dayforce Benefits, carrier integrations, and openenrollmentactivities.ThisindividualwillpartnercloselywithHumanResources,Payroll,vendors,consultants,andbusinessstakeholderstodeliveraseamlessemployeeexperiencewhiledrivingoperationalexcellence.PrimaryResponsibilities:BenefitsOperationsLeadershipServeastheoperationalleadfortheadministrationofcompany-sponsoredhealthandwelfarebenefitprograms.Overseedailybenefitsoperations,ensuringaccuracy,efficiency,andhighservicestandards.Managebenefitsadministrationprocessesincludingeligibility,enrollments,lifeevents,billing,andvendorcoordination.Continuouslyevaluateandimproveoperationalprocesses,controls,andemployeeexperience.LeaveofAbsenceProgramOversightOverseeadministrationofcompanyleaveprograms,includingcoordinationwiththird-partyadministrators.Monitorleaveprogramperformanceandidentifyopportunitiesforprocessimprovements.PartnerwithHRandvendorstoaddressescalatedemployeecasesandoperationalissues.Ensureconsistencyandeffectivenessinleaveadministrationpractices.DayforceBenefitsProductOwnerServeastheprimarybusinessownerfortheDayforceBenefitsplatform.Leadconfigurationreviews,testing,systemenhancements,andannualbenefitsetupactivities.PartnerwithHRIS,Payroll,vendors,andconsultantstoresolvesystemissuesandimplementsolutions.Managebenefits-relatedintegrations,interfaces,anddatagovernance.DriveongoingoptimizationandutilizationofDayforcecapabilities.OpenEnrollmentLeadershipLeadannualopenenrollmentplanning,preparation,execution,andpost-enrollmentactivities.Coordinatewithvendors,carriers,consultants,HR,andcommunicationsteams.Overseeenrollmenttesting,readinessreviews,issueresolution,andemployeesupport.Ensuresuccessfulimplementationofenrollmentchangesandnewprogramofferings.VendorManagementServeastheprimaryrelationshipmanagerforbenefitsvendors,consultants,andthird-partyadministrators.Monitorvendorperformance,service-levelagreements,andoperationaleffectiveness.Leadissueresolution,escalations,andcorrectiveactionplanswhennecessary.Supportvendorselection,implementation,andrenewalprocesses.Buildstrongpartnershipsthatenhanceservicedeliveryandemployeeexperience.CarrierImplementationsandIntegrationsLeadcarrierimplementationprojectsandongoingintegrationmanagement.Coordinatedatafeeds,filetesting,eligibilitytransfers,andoperationalreadinessactivities.Partnerwithcarriersandvendorstoensureaccurateenrollmentandeligibilitydata.Identifyandresolveintegrationissuesimpactingemployeesorplanoperations.InternationalBenefitsAdministrationSupportadministrationofinternationalbenefitsprogramsinIreland,China,andMalaysia.Coordinatewithlocalvendors,brokers,consultants,andbusinessstakeholders.Monitorprogramadministrationandsupportrenewalactivities.Assistwithimplementationofglobalbenefitsinitiativesandprocessimprovements.ProcessDesignandDocumentationDevelopandmaintainbenefitsoperationalprocedures,workflows,anddocumentation.Establishstandardoperatingproceduresforkeybenefitsprocesses.Identifyopportunitiestostreamlineoperationsandreduceadministrativecomplexity.Supportbusinesscontinuityandknowledgemanagementefforts.BenefitsCommunicationsSupportSupportdevelopmentandexecutionofemployeebenefitscommunications.PartnerwithHR,vendors,andcommunicationsteamstoimproveemployeeunderstandingandengagement.Assistwithpreparationofenrollmentmaterials,employeeguides,announcements,andeducationalcontent.Serveasasubjectmatterexpertforemployeeandstakeholderinquiries.ProjectandProgramManagementLeadorsupportbenefits-relatedimplementations,vendortransitions,acquisitions,andotherstrategicinitiatives.Developprojectplans,timelines,andstakeholdercommunicationstrategies.Coordinatecross-functionalresourcestoensuresuccessfulprojectexecution.Trackdeliverables,risks,dependencies,andissueresolutionactivities.Supportfuturebusinessinitiativesimpactingbenefitsadministrationandemployeeprograms.Minimum Requirements: Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience.
