Portfolio Community Manager - Avilla Camelback Ranch & Avilla Meadows Salary Range $80,000.00 - $80,000.00 Salary Overview Community Manager What You'll Be Doing As our Portfolio Community Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the properties leading operations, inspiring your team, and creating a welcoming environment for all. Key responsibilities include: Coaching and developing your team to thrive Managing budgets, rent collections, and resident communications Overseeing leasing processes and compliance Coordinating maintenance and ensuring curb appeal Handling resident concerns with empathy and efficiency Reporting to the Asset Director and supporting client communications Promoting safety, compliance, and community engagement Other tasks assigned Who You Are We're looking for someone who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for people.
