Location: Boulder, CO
Schedule: Thursdays & Fridays, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch
Compensation: $12,000-$24,000 annually, based on weekly schedule

We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and caring Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our State Farm agency team in Boulder. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, brings a positive attitude to work, and is looking for a consistent part-time schedule.

This is not a sales-focused position . Our priority is finding someone who will provide excellent customer service and be a reliable, positive presence for our customers and team.

Schedule & Compensation
This position is available for one or two full days per week:

• Fridays only: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch — $12,000 annual salary
• Thursdays & Fridays: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch — $24,000 annual salary

We prefer someone available both Thursdays and Fridays but are open to a Friday-only schedule for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, attentive service to existing customers
• Answer incoming calls and assist with general customer needs
• Help with routine account and policy service requests
• Direct questions and requests to the appropriate team member when needed
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
• Support the team with general office and administrative tasks
• Help create a welcoming, professional experience for every customer
