Executive Kitchen Manager
A corporate upscale restaurant in Rockford, IL is seeking an Executive Kitchen Manager to lead the heart of its operation. This is a leadership role for a seasoned culinary professional who runs a tight kitchen, sets the standard, and builds teams that stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of food production, quality, and safety standards
- Manage daily kitchen operations, inventory, and ordering
- Control food and labor costs to protect profitability
- Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing back-of-house team
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of high-volume kitchen management experience
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of consistency and retention
