Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an acute care environment, ensuring rapid identification and treatment of critical conditions such as Sepsis, STEMI, Stroke, and Trauma.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, re-assessments, and documentation of patient care.
• Administer medications and oversight of EMT-P personnel.
• Implement typical procedures including splinting, wound care, and IV-starts.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment such as Baxter pumps, Hamilton vents, and GE cardiac monitors.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have active RN license and requisite certifications: BLS, ALS, TNCC, CPI (or equivalent), PALS or ENPC.
• Skills in rapidly identifying Sepsis, STEMI, Stroke, and Trauma are essential.
• Preferred candidates will have experience with airway management and ventilators, along with strong critical thinking skills.
