Job summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with robust expertise in implementation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM Solutions ensuring seamless integration and top-tier security compliance.

(No Bench Time Consistent Projects Travel-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the functional implementation of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR Recruiting OnboardingTalentand Learning Management.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements providing tailored Oracle HCM solutions.

• Configure and customize Oracle HCM applications to meet specific business needs.

• Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the solutions.

• Develop detailed functional specifications and documentation.

• Implement and manage security settings and configurations ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Perform regular security audits and assessments toidentifyand mitigate potential risks.

• Support data migration processes ensuring dataintegrityand security.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Business Administration ora relatedfield.

• Over8years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM functional implementation and support.

• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM security frameworks including role-based access control (RBAC) and compliance requirements.

• Proficiencyin Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) and experience with BI/OTBI reporting tools.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team membersworking remotely.
