BIM/Revit Specialist

BIM/Revit Specialist Job type: Full Time · Department: BIM/REVIT · Work type: Remote · Location: United States BIM/Revit specialist desired to work on medical equipment drawings for hospital/healthcare-related projects. Job Responsibilities Provide support to the Equipment Planning team by producing and updating precise drawings with regard to medical equipment. Documentation and detailing. Daily coordination with staff and consultants. Creating Revit families. Modify current drawings per planner changes. Manage Revit files. Development and maintenance of the Revit family libraries and CAD block libraries to be used for medical equipment floor plans. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related BIM/Revit program (preferred). 1 year of experience in Revit software (required). SketchUp experience (desirable). Experience building Revit families of various detail (valuable). Experience specializing in Hospital, Healthcare or similar projects (a plus). Construction experience (a plus). Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail (essential). Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Flexibility in dealing with simultaneous multiple projects and deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
