Role Description The Commercial Sales Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Tampa, FL, with a mix of on-site client visits and some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying commercial prospects such as schools, parks, municipalities, and developers, and managing the sales cycle from initial outreach through closing. Day-to-day activities include conducting in-person and virtual sales presentations, preparing proposals and bids, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in a CRM system. The Commercial Sales Specialist collaborates with installation and operations teams to ensure projects are scoped correctly and delivered on time, providing responsive customer service and ongoing communication throughout the process. The role also involves attending industry events or local community functions to network, build brand awareness, and generate new business opportunities. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales and New Business Development skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing. Candidates should possess effective Sales Presentation skills, with the ability to tailor solutions and clearly explain product benefits and project details. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build trust, manage expectations, and support clients before and after installation. Relevant experience in B2B or commercial sales, preferably in construction, outdoor equipment, recreation, playgrounds or related industries. Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to travel locally for on-site visits in the Tampa, FL area as well as within 2+ hours commute. Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools for managing contacts, opportunities, and documentation. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in proposals, quotes, and contracts. High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
