Quality Assurance Admin

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in quality, manufacturing, operations, or administration.

Previous quality experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who demonstrates a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

salary: $41,600 - $45,760 per year

Responsibilities

• Performs contract review through the comparison of customer requirements to internal documentation.
• Generate & review certifications prior to release to customer.
• Performs audits of 6S, quality and production processes.       
• Generate and maintain part master, process master, process plans
• Manage Quality logs and coordinate quality issues to closure in timely manner
• Initiates and maintains improvement efforts. This may include key performance indicators, six-sigma efforts, and safety programs.
• Maintains records of Production Planning and Quality key performance indicators related to Route Card and certification generation.
• Assists in the troubleshooting of quality and operational issues.
• Assists in the review of specification, procedural and route card changes as required.                                                                                                            
• Performs internal calibrations and periodic tests to ensure specification compliance.
