Used Car Sales Representative

Overview Dena Motors is a fast-growing independent automotive dealership in Conyers, Georgia, specializing in quality pre-owned vehicles and customer-focused financing solutions. We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Auto Sales Consultant to join our sales team. Compensation $60,000 - $100,000+ annually plus bonus Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and through internet leads. Build rapport with customers and identify their vehicle needs and budget. Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives. Follow up with prospects using CRM systems, phone calls, text messages, and emails. Explain financing options and coordinate with the Finance Department. Maintain thorough knowledge of vehicle inventory, pricing, and dealership promotions. Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Complete required sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain professional relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale. Generate referrals and repeat business through exceptional customer service. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and dealership events. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and automotive sales regulations. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn commission-based income. Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM systems. Preferred Previous automotive sales experience. Experience with CRM platforms such as Eleads, Tecobi, or similar systems. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish or English/other languages) are encouraged to apply. Experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, call center, or commission-based sales environments.
