Procurement / Supply Chain Analyst (Contract-to-Hire)

We are seeking an experienced Procurement / Supply Chain Analyst to support sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and procurement operations within a large enterprise environment. This role is responsible for analyzing procurement data, managing supplier relationships, supporting contract and purchase order activities, and driving cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze procurement and supplier performance data to identify cost savings, trends, and operational improvements
• Manage purchase orders, supplier communications, contract updates, and sourcing activities
• Support negotiations with suppliers to optimize pricing, quality, delivery, and total cost of ownership (TCO)
• Track supplier KPIs, compliance, and service levels
• Collaborate with internal business units and suppliers to resolve operational issues and improve procurement processes
• Utilize SAP ECC/S4 and related procurement tools to support purchasing operations and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain operations
• Strong analytical and Excel skills with experience working on data-intensive projects
• Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, or similar ERP procurement systems
• Solid negotiation, supplier management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with strategic sourcing, supplier scorecards, and procurement analytics
• Familiarity with Ariba or other procurement platforms
• Background in industrial, manufacturing, transportation, or operations-focused environments

Contract Details

• 6-month contract with potential for full-time conversion
• Immediate start preferred
