Job Summary Help clients understand the health of their supply chains. Provide advice on procurement processes, including finding, acquiring, and buying goods and services from external sources across various industries (Consumer Products, Automotive, Life Sciences, Industrial Products, Financial Services, Technology). Assist with transformations in procurement operating models, P2P processes, supplier relationship management, technology optimization (Ariba, Apex, Sievo, Coupa, SAP SRM), and procurement performance management. Manage engagement teams on Procure to Pay transformations, identify opportunities and quantify business value for C‑level executives. Design and deploy advanced analytics, develop spend taxonomies, lead data collection and enrichment, supplier segmentation. Lead sourcing and category management: create category strategies, playbooks; conduct strategic sourcing and auctions, tactical sourcing events across indirect categories (logistics, IT, MRO, professional services). Design contract management processes, negotiate contract migrations, assess buying & payment channel strategies, catalog strategies, purchasing card programs. Design on‑premise/SaaS solutions leveraging supplier networks and portals, and lead functional design workshops. Responsibilities Deliver quality client services by monitoring progress, managing and motivating teams. Develop in‑depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge; maintain long‑term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities. Employment Details Full‑time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field with 5 years progressive work experience, or Master’s with 4 years experience. 3 years experience providing advisory/consulting services to clients in procurement operating or organizational model design. 3 years experience either designing new procurement operating/organizational models or implementing eProcurement technology. 3 years consulting experience for clients in at least one of the following sectors: Consumer Products, Automotive, Life Sciences, Industrial Products, Financial Services, Technology. 2 years experience in strategic sourcing, category management, and eProcurement technology implementation (Ariba, Coupa, or SAP SRM). 4 years experience using Excel, Macros, Pivot Tables. 3 years experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction. Compensation & Benefits Base salary $175,004.00 per year.
