Role Summary The IT Asset & Procurement Manager at Winixx manages the full lifecycle of our corporate technology assets — from procurement and provisioning through maintenance and disposal — ensuring that every team member has the right equipment and that our IT spend is optimized. What You'll Do Manage the procurement of employee hardware, software licenses, and IT equipment Maintain the IT asset management system with accurate records of all corporate devices and software Negotiate vendor contracts and pricing for hardware, SaaS, and IT services Coordinate equipment provisioning for new hires and equipment replacement for existing employees Manage device refresh cycles and end-of-life hardware disposal in compliance with data security standards Track and optimize software license utilization and identify cost‑saving opportunities Develop and enforce IT asset management policies and procedures Produce regular IT asset and spend reports for finance and IT leadership What We're Looking For 3+ years of IT asset management, IT procurement, or technology operations experience Experience managing a corporate device fleet across a distributed workforce Strong vendor management and negotiation skills Proficiency with IT asset management platforms and procurement tools Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with SaaS license management and optimization Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field ITAM certification such as IAITAM CHAMP is a plus Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance bonus program tied to individual and company milestones Hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling Career growth opportunities across 30+ SaaS products and multiple verticals Front‑row seat at a technology company at the beginning of a major national expansion Collaborative, mission‑driven team environment Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and continuing education support Winixx Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
