About the Role:

Join B&Z Manufacturing Company Inc. as a Vertical CNC Mill Operator, where precision meets innovation! The ideal candidate must be able to read, write and understand English. Potential employees must be team-oriented, punctual, honest and able to operate multiple machines while multi-tasking in limited supervised prototype and production conditions. Responsibilities:

• Load, run & maintain multiple CNC vertical mills
• Use of Kitamura, Makino & Haas with Fanuc style controls
• Read and understand blueprints to utilize GD&T
• Cut material on a horizontal band saw
• Light deburring of machined parts to customer’s specifications
• Microscope experience a plus
• Coolant maintenance: check percentage levels and fill tanks as necessary
• Daily skimming of all tramp oils in coolant sumps
• Light facility maintenance to keep equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean, and safe working condition
• Requires long periods of standing, walking, bending and lifting, up to 50 lbs.
• Read, and understand company job travelers and must use bar code system for job tracking
• Having your own tools is a plus but not necessary
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Job Details:

• 40 Hours per week
• Day shift = Monday-Friday - 6 am to 3 pm
• Starting Date: ASAP
• Salary: $20. per hour
