Flywire is seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Engineer II to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams on daily support and operational tasks across the U.S. and Canada. You will support SFS, eStore, and TPI products, and proactively leverage Claude and other AI tools to automate workflows and improve client communications.
