Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in New York, NY. The technician will open, update, and close support tickets in ServiceNow.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience providing onsite desktop support
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow
• Windows/Mac experience, Windows 11 OS Navigating and troubleshooting
• Active Directory experience "managing users and computers"
• Knowledge of AV support for meetings and setting up Mac systems
• Experience imaging and installing Laptops and PCs
• Microsoft Intune experience - Managing users and devices
• Office 365 - Troubleshooting experience
• Must have ability to stand, bend, stoop, and or kneel for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Wage Range: The rate for this position is between $22.50 - $30.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
