IT Technician

Salary: $31,200 - 31,200 per year Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.

• Have excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong command of English.
• Be able to write clearly and legibly and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

• Be able to identify problems, gather information, establish facts, and draw sound conclusions.
• Be prepared for moderate physical activity, including potentially frequent strenuous activity, standing for up to 100% of the workday, walking for up to 75%, and lifting and bending for up to 75% of the workday.
• Have flexible availability for occasional evenings, Saturdays, and emergencies.

• Travel independently between locations in a company vehicle as needed to resolve IT issues and support installations.
• Respond to support tickets promptly.
• Help management teams keep computers, printers, and other hardware functioning effectively across departments and locations.
• Provide timely support for mobile and iOS devices.
• Coordinate the installation of internet and other technology services at our locations as needed.
• Work with management team members to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Provide flexible support during emergencies, such as internet outages or problems with credit card terminals.

We are hiring a full-time IT Technician based in Karns, Knoxville, Tennessee. The departments regular hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with some evenings and Saturdays required; flexible availability may also be needed for emergencies. The hourly pay range is $15.
