Eurofins seeks a Project Manager to oversee study designs, client communications, and cross-functional coordination in a contract research environment. The role requires managing project timelines, documentation systems, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring scope compliance and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
- Review and document project requirements from quotations, protocols, and client instructions
- Create and maintain study designs and records in LIMS and CRM systems
- Serve as primary client contact and lead status meetings with documented decisions
- Coordinate work across Operations, Quality Assurance, Analytics, and Finance teams
- Monitor timelines and deliverables; identify risks and communicate recovery actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Proficiency with eLLMS, EtQ, and Microsoft Office applications
- Project management or facilitation experience preferred
- Ability to analyze complex data and perform statistical analysis
