Senior Risk Manager

Working fully remote, the full-time Senior Risk Manager will oversee enterprise-wide risk management and insurance programs, collaborating with senior leadership to develop frameworks and strategies for risk identification, analysis, and mitigation while supporting NFPA's mission. Key responsibilities Establish and monitor risk identification, assessment, and reporting across the organization, ensuring engagement with risk strategies Administer property and casualty and liability insurance programs, including broker management and insurance renewals Support the Board of Directors by preparing and presenting materials on critical risk management matters Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited institution Seven (7) years of experience in a complex organization Demonstrated success in facilitating partnerships among diverse groups Excellent relationship management skills with key stakeholders Understanding of the alignment between effective risk treatment and organizational priorities
