Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM + at least one evening shift per week
Salary: $35.60–$48.17/hour, based on licensure and experience
Position Overview

This position provides clinical and staff supervision, supports crisis management, ensures documentation and compliance, and helps maintain high-quality services for individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to program staff.
• Manage and support crisis situations involving clients and staff.
• Review treatment records and provide guidance on documentation.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, performance management, and staff development.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and individual supervision.
• Ensure compliance with Habilitation Waiver, Children’s Waiver, and other funding requirements.
• Monitor staff credentials, training, productivity, and program performance.
• Support Person-Centered Planning and quality improvement initiatives.
• Assess client and community needs and coordinate appropriate services.
• Work with leadership, finance, and other departments to meet program and funding requirements.
• Participate in agency meetings, committees, conferences, and trainings.
• Maintain required documentation, reports, referrals, and electronic medical records.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling .
• Must hold a full Michigan LMSW, LLP, or LPC license .
• At least 1 year of experience working with children and adolescents .
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and relevant treatment modalities.
• Must meet Children’s Mental Health Professional (CMHP) and Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) requirements within 120 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and favorable driving record.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, flexibility, and crisis-management skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available .

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience working with Waiver programs .
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
