Job Title: LMSW Social Worker Supervisor – Adult Behavioral Health
Location: Southgate, Michigan
Salary: $36 – $49 per hour
Schedule: Day shift with occasional evenings/weekends based on program needs

Job Description:
Seeking a licensed master Social Worker Supervisor to lead and support an Adult Behavioral Health program. Responsibilities include overseeing clinical and administrative operations, managing care for individuals with serious mental illness, supervising staff, ensuring program compliance, and providing direct patient support when needed.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work
• A ctive Michigan LMSW (full license required)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in adult mental health
• Supervisory and community mental health experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills

Benefits:
Travel: Mileage Reimbursement when personal vehicle used - IRS standard. .64 per mile
