Position : Social Worker - Therapist (Behavioral Health) - (LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP, LMSW, LPC or LLP)

Work Location : Southgate, MI

Type: Full Time/Permanent - Direct Hire

Shifts: Days

Pay is dependent on Licensing and Experience (No negotiation/flexibility in the salary)

• Full License: Hourly $29.47 - $39.67 per hour
• Limited License: Hourly $27.22 - 36.63 per hour

Travel: Mileage Reimbursement when personal vehicle used - IRS standard. (.70 per mile)

Summary:

It is a Therapist that is needed but they will need to have a masters' degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling and possess the corresponding State of Michigan licensure.

 

Job:

• Adult Outpatient Therapist in the Adult Behavioral Health Program ,
• Intake Therapist in the Behavioral Health

 

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of a master’s degree in social work, Psychology or Counseling and possess the corresponding State of Michigan licensure. - [REQUIRED]
• Candidates must obtain the Qualified Mental Health Professional credential within 120 days of hire.
• Must have one year of experience (may include time spent in fieldwork or internship) treating or working with people who have been diagnosed with mental illness. - [REQUIRED]
• Additional requirements include: cultural competency, ability to work effectively with a diverse population, the ability to engage and maintain therapeutic relationships with youth and families in a variety of modes of treatment, the ability to develop collaborative relationships with other unit staff and providers, effective communication skills, and a willingness to be flexible.
• License Requirements: LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP, LMSW, LPC or LLP
