We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Social Workers and Therapists to join our Adult Behavioral Health team in Southgate, Michigan . This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about crisis intervention, mental health advocacy, and community-based behavioral healthcare. The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, trauma-informed environment focused on supporting individuals and families through comprehensive behavioral health services.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Michigan licensure is required and may include LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LLP, or TLLP credentials.
• Applicants should have the ability to effectively manage crisis situations, provide trauma-informed care, and demonstrate strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Schedule Information

This position primarily works day shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with flexible scheduling options available. Some evening and weekend hours may be required. There is no regular on-call requirement; however, participation in after-hours crisis support is available and compensated through an additional stipend.
