Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active Florida state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status accepted
• Commitment to collaborative, inclusive, and student-first practices
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Passion for working in an educational setting with diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K–12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student progress
• Monitor outcomes and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and reports
• Participate in professional development and team meetings
