Multiple engaging opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), including professionals with CCC or CFY credentials, to serve a variety of charter schools and academies. Roles span elementary through high school, with weekly hours tailored to each school’s needs.

Positions include both part-time and nearly full-time assignments:

• Renaissance Charter School at Tradition: 31.5 hours/week
• Tradition Preparatory High School: 15 hours/week
• Innovation Academy of Excellence in Collaboration with Tallahassee State College: 1 hour/week
• Union Park Charter Academy: 16 hours/week
• Four Corners Charter School: 23–28 hours/week
• Downtown Miami Charter School: 4–5 hours/week (2 days/week)

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Florida SLP license; ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
• Experience in a school-based setting highly preferred
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams and adapt to diverse student populations
• Passion for supporting the academic and social growth of children and adolescents

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals and groups
• Maintain clear, compliant documentation and progress notes
• Engage in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing communication with staff
