Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our modern outpatient facility in Pompano Beach, FL, where you will work directly with patients in a supportive and patient-centered environment. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, providing a consistent work-life balance. You will work closely with a dynamic team of interdisciplinary professionals, including occupational therapists and sports medicine experts, to provide comprehensive care to all patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, one-on-one care to patients, focusing on their specific rehabilitation goals and needs.
• Manage an appropriate patient caseload to ensure every individual receives sufficient time and attention during treatment sessions.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to design and implement effective treatment protocols.
• Integrate cost-effective interventions aimed at enhancing patients' mobility and functional outcomes.
• Promote non-invasive methods for pain and discomfort management to reduce reliance on pharmaceutical treatments.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate diverse treatment methods to address varying patient conditions.
• Customize fitness and wellness programs tailored to the unique lifestyle and needs of each patient.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, ensuring a positive experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse patient population, ranging from athletes recovering from injuries to individuals in need of rehabilitation after surgeries or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapist license in Florida with a clean record, free from sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proven expertise in various manual therapy techniques and modalities.
• Exceptional ability to develop and execute effective exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, particularly Web PT, for precise record-keeping and documentation.
• Strong understanding of current physical therapy practices and methods, supported by clinical research.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient care.
• Experience in sports medicine or rehabilitation will be highly regarded.
• Demonstrated history of successfully implementing patient-centered treatment interventions.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
