Key Responsibilities

• Execute individualized therapy plans that focus on early intervention strategies and facilitate same-day evaluations for new patients.
• Engage in collaborative multidisciplinary efforts, fostering a professional environment that prioritizes teamwork, quality care, and patient safety.
• Work closely with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify opportunities for clinical improvement and implement evidence-based practices.
• Establish and maintain beneficial relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups, conducting regular communications to enhance partnership and referral processes.
• Proficiently navigate clinic management systems to ensure timely documentation, optimal coding, accurate charge capture, and thorough follow-up of patient care orders.
• Adhere to the Florida State Practice Act, ensuring compliance with all pertinent regulations including workers' compensation protocols.
• Drive patient satisfaction by actively collecting and addressing feedback, utilizing key performance metrics to enhance client experiences.
• Consistently apply principles outlined in the Physical Therapy Guidebook and work towards conducting the Perfect PT visit with each patient interaction.
• Manage clinical outcomes efficiently, focusing on developing plans for outlier cases in collaboration with fellow therapists.
• Streamline patient intake and referral processes while optimizing scheduling workflows to maximize productivity and patient volume.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will involve working with a diverse patient population experiencing a range of conditions linked to injury, surgery recovery, chronic pain, and mobility issues. Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• A bachelor's, master's, or doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills, demonstrating tact and professionalism while interacting with patients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience
