Work Environment

You will have the benefit of working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced work-life harmony while ensuring you can deliver focused care to your patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual treatment to 1 to 2 patients per hour, ensuring you have dedicated time to assess and deliver personalized interventions.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each patient's needs and develop tailored, structured treatment plans that address individual recovery goals.
• Utilize a variety of treatment methods including manual therapy, progressive exercise programs, and equipment-based interventions to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to accommodate recovery milestones and changes in patient condition.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies, contributing to the continuity of care and facilitating communication among the care team.

Your primary focus will be on individuals seeking rehabilitation for orthopedic injuries. This encompasses a wide range of conditions, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain management, and other musculoskeletal issues. Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida, possessing legal credentials to practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited institution is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting, providing a solid foundation for engaging with diverse patient cases.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in implementing innovative treatment techniques and methodologies that enhance the quality of therapy delivery.
• Prior experience working in a collaborative team environment, demonstrating the ability to engage in peer-to-peer learning and mentorship.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical documentation processes.

Compensation and Benefits
